Do I need an account?
Nope! Just enter your nickname to join the queue for the day. Your session is temporary and hassle-free.
What if I'm late?
We have a grace period. If you miss your call, you can check back in, but you might lose your priority spot.
Can I join as a group?
Currently, the queue is individual. But you can tell the Queue Master if you want to be paired with specific friends!
How do I pay?
We accept QR PH and e-wallet payments for instant, hassle-free verification. Cash payments are also welcome but require on-site validation by the Queue Master. Please note that slots are limited per session — once all available slots are filled, cash payments can no longer be accommodated. Paying online is the best way to guarantee your spot.
How does the rotation work?
After you play a game, you automatically go back to the waiting queue. The system ensures fair rotation so everyone gets equal playing time.
Can I take a break?
Yes! Use the "Bench" feature to temporarily step out. When you're ready, hit "Return" to rejoin the queue.
